Easiest banana pancake recipe EVER!!
If you’ve never tried a banana pancake before, you’re seriously missing out! Here’s the easiest and quickest banana pancake recipe ever, full of yummy, yellow goodness.
What makes this recipe so brilliant is a) there are only 3 ingredients, and b) it only takes a few minutes before you can eat them!
Here’s the ingredients list (for one person):
pinch of bicarb of soda
Here’s how you do it:
1 Crack your egg into a bowl and give it a quick whisk with a fork.
2 Put a pinch of bicarb into the whisk egg, and mix it in. Make sure you mix it in well as if you don’t you get little pockets of bitterness in your pancakes.
3 Put your banana in another bowl and mash it with a fork until its nice and mushy. Do make sure you take the skin off first though or you’ll be there for ages (lol)
4 Pour the egg into the banana and mix together.
5 Put a drizzle of oil into a frying pan and get it nice and hot.
6 Pour your mixture into the frying pan. You can make one large pancake, or three smaller ones if you prefer.
7 Fry on a low heat for about 3 or 4 minutes or until golden, then using a spatula, turn them over. Fry for a further 3 or 4 minutes.
8 Pop them on a plate, and eat while they’re still warm.
